We have big plans for this year, which include painting, flooring and working on the playgrounds to make them safer and more enjoyable for your kids!

OUR PROGRAMS
University Methodist Preschool of Excellence, a Class A state-licensed preshool and day care center, was established in 1948 as the University Methodist Nursery and Kindergarten.

University Methodist Preschool is a Child Development Center. We are interested in the total child and his or her awareness and growth in areas of cognitive skills (math and reading readiness), in gross and fine motor development and in the development of social skills.

University United Methodist Church After School Program is a safe, fun and caring place for your child to spend his/her after school hours. The After School Program serves University Laboratory School students from Kindergarten through eighth grade. We are located directly across Dalrymple Drive from the school at University United Methodist Church. The children are walked over to the church after school by the After School Staff, where they are given a snack, supervised while doing homework, and then given free play time until we close at 5:30 p.m.
